Very disappointing customer service and order experience

I ordered four perfumes and unfortunately the whole experience has been extremely frustrating.

My order was not dispatched for over a week, and I had to send multiple messages before I finally received an apology and was told it would be dispatched the following day. Even after that, there were further delays with Royal Mail.

When the parcel eventually arrived, I was shocked to receive a Royal Mail card stating that I had to pay £5.40 because insufficient postage had been paid by the sender. I had to pay this charge in order to receive my own order.

To make matters worse, one of the perfumes was incorrect. I ordered Legacy, but received Regent instead.

After trying to contact the company through different platforms without getting a response, I eventually received an email from Customer Support apologising and accepting responsibility. They promised to reimburse the £5.40 postage charge and send the correct Legacy fragrance as a priority. They also asked me to send a photo of the Royal Mail surcharge receipt, which I did over a week ago.

Since then, nothing.

No refund.
No replacement perfume.
No return label.
No update.
And now they have stopped responding again.

I have been extremely patient and have given them every opportunity to put this right, but I am still left chasing them for something that should have been resolved weeks ago.

I understand that businesses can experience warehouse or staffing issues, but what matters to me is how a company deals with a problem. Unfortunately, in my experience, the communication and customer service have been very poor.

I hope the company sees this review and finally takes action to resolve my outstanding issue. I would simply like the £5.40 reimbursement and the correct perfume I originally paid for, without having to keep chasing.
