Brilliant box came factory sealed (which isn’t always the case with buying perfumes) love Hectic a great deal and will be wearing the heck out of it this summer. Will buy from you again!
I will start by saying the product was perfect, no problems there, the issue was the merchant itself, i ordered two items, first it took over a week and i got no information regarding postage, everything was hanging, i decided to write them , and i got no response, no communication, then one was posted the other cancelled and refunded, no feedback on why it was cancelled and refunded, i find this unacceptable, so i will certainly not be recommending this merchant and will not be purchasing from them anymore. The 3 star is for the product itself.

Unfortunately, really poor experience. Ordered two fragrances on 30.07.26, and as at 12.08.26 still haven’t received them. No offer of refund or sending a replacement.
Things go wrong I appreciate that, and orders get lost in the post but it’s how the provider deals with it that’s important.
Nafeece really hard to communicate with and poor customer service skills. Doesn’t reply to emails or phone calls.

Frustrating as I wanted to try a lot of the Bujairami fragrances and thought I have found a reliable retailer, sadly not the case.
Wouldn’t recommend these guys at all.
Long-lasting, smooth and lovely fragrance
Great products. However i am still awaiting another parcel from them which i ordered before this and they havent shipped nor responded to my emails chasing this up. Id like some feedback
